Who we are
Clio is a brand of OLAS ApS, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Company registration is in progress; our CVR number will be published once issued. General enquiries: contact@cliomediagroup.com. Data and privacy: privacy@cliomediagroup.com.
Using this site
You’re welcome to browse, watch, and share links. Please don’t scrape the site, harvest contact details, misrepresent your identity in a form, attempt to breach security, or use Clio’s content to train AI systems without our written permission.
Our experts and their privacy
We protect the identities of the people in our network. Members are not listed publicly; brands are introduced to them through Clio, by agreement. Any story an expert tells belongs to them, and they grant Clio a licence to record and share it under a separate written release signed before anything is published. The Clio name, mark, and site design are the property of OLAS ApS.
Enquiries and applications are not contracts
Submitting a form — as a brand, an expert, or a partner — is an enquiry or an application, not an agreement. Engagements, partnerships and appearances only exist once both sides sign a written agreement. No payment is taken through this site. Until an agreement is signed, neither side owes the other anything.
No promises, within reason
The site is provided as it is. We work carefully, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we aren’t liable for losses arising from use of the site, to the extent Danish law allows such limits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
